This is Mr Hirose from Department of Electrical and
Electronic Engineering of Tokai University.
I understand that you'll be participating in Get Together Meeting on
23rd Oct(Thur) in the 4th period that is in about 3p.m.
Some of the lecturers will also be participating.
The number of the participant are small but
I'm looking forward to have a great time.

Get Together Meeting
between the lecturers and female students in our department
there were 6 lecturers and 5 female students
that attended this meeting
there were cakes and japanese sweets
the room was decorated with halloween's decoration

we talked about lots of things
such as
japanese foods - soba, ramen, udon etc
japan's sight-seeing attractions - hakone, nikko, kamakura etc
ekiden(long distance relay road race)
the other lecturers and other students of the department
(in short, gossiping)
how strange that all 3 of 3rd year female students
ended up in the same lab and how strange that
the same lab have the most number of female students
which lab turns into izakaya(japanese bar) at 5p.m.
and lots of things

the meeting ended up at 4.30p.m.
